For as much it pleased your Maj.tie by a declaration under your royall hand dated the 25 of August 1663, and delivered to the underwritten deputie of his Highn.s the Prince of Orange, to acknowledge the particulars of the debt then owing to him by Your Ma.tie and at this present return of the sayd deputie, graciously to aggree that the said debt be settled by a privy seal, to be payed as your exchequeer and occasions may best afford it, his humble design and petition is that it may please Your Ma.tie to give his speedy order and direction for such a privy seale to be prepared and passed to his Highnesses use and behoof.
