......The Prince of Orange is so taken up, I cannot get a quarter of an hour with him alone. Things are not yet settled; the Prince has not yet been able to regulate different departments, and as he can almost trust nobody, he is forced to do many things himself now, which in time will and must be left to others. At present he has almost no leisure for himself nor for his family......
