Dear Mr. Director,
It's on Mr. S. de Gorter's advice - the Netherlands' Plenipotentiary Minister in France - that I take the liberty to send you this note. Author of an interesting Biography on Iran's Shah, Mohamed R. Pahlavi, I turn to the Dutch bookmarket so as to find a publisher likely to issue my work. The few contacts I had so far with leading Publishing Houses here in France proved to be fruitless since a book dealing with the same subject came out lately. I think it worth publishing seeing that a good friend of mine, H.I.A. Princess Nilufar Pahlavi, a niece of His Majesty, to whom I dedicate the work for her precious help, took a great part in its framing. Moreover, I put at the disposal of who will issue the book numerous & unpublished photos of the shah and his relatives the Princess graciously committed me with.
