The day before he had been in very good health, dined with his family, in the evening spoke about an hour with Mr. TrevorGa naar voetnoot3), afterwards was busy an hour with his Secretary, and went to bed in good health. At four he was a little out of order, and when his servant perceived him ill in a manner he was not used to see him, went to call Madame, who came immediately, but found him dead. This is a very great loss, and I may say, an irreparable one. |
