On being thirty

Nice view of the otherwise impossible
but certainly near future from
a window or hilltop, men everywhere
crawling in landscape and town or call it
so busy they are and so witty, a city.
Nice view.
Not to mention the dream just arising
when looking back on what has not been done.
Such I presume is a life of supreme
leisure: to know our position.
