The last
sea bound beams
of defeated Sol
on pink birds
in a morass
of crushed charcoal
by a mother's hand
th'uneasy heat
of the land
quivers
into hysteria
as languid
lingering
blackened bats
become a frightened
fluttery column
of impotent sight
at a blast of light
from an unfound door
